Crezt is designed for two types of users: Brands/Agencies who want to run creator competitions for their TikTok Shop, and TikTok Creators who want to participate in competitions and win prizes.
Creators can join and participate in competitions for free. Brands have access to a free tier with limited features, and can upgrade to Pro or Agency plans for more competitions, seats, and advanced features like white-labeling.
After creating your account, you'll be guided through the onboarding process which includes connecting your TikTok Shop via OAuth. This secure process allows us to sync creator performance data for your competitions.
You can track GMV (Gross Merchandise Value), video views, units sold, SKU orders, and more. Competitions can be based on placement (1st, 2nd, 3rd place) or threshold goals (e.g., reach $1000 in sales).
When you create a competition with prizes, you can fund the prize pool through our secure escrow system. Prize money is held safely and automatically distributed to winners when the competition ends. This builds trust with creators.
Yes! Pro and Agency plans include white-labeling features. You can add your logo, customize colors, and even use your own domain for public leaderboards.
Sign in with your TikTok account, then browse available competitions or use a join link shared by a brand. Once you join, your videos promoting that brand's products will automatically be tracked.
Your stats are synced directly from TikTok Shop data. We track metrics like GMV (sales value), views, and units sold for videos you create during the competition period that feature the brand's products.
Prize distribution depends on the competition setup. For competitions with funded escrow, prizes are distributed automatically when the competition ends. For other competitions, the brand will contact winners directly.
Yes! You can join as many competitions as you like. Each competition tracks your performance separately, so you can compete for multiple brands at once.
Competition data is synced hourly to ensure leaderboards stay current. You may see a slight delay between posting a video and seeing it reflected in your stats.
Absolutely. We use industry-standard encryption for all data at rest and in transit. OAuth tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM, and we never store your TikTok password.
Yes, you can disconnect your account at any time from the settings page. This will remove your data from our platform in accordance with GDPR regulations.
