The escrow processing fee is a small percentage charged when you fund your prize pool. This fee covers payment processing and secure prize distribution to winners. Higher plans get lower rates - from 5% on Starter down to 1.5% on Pro.
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, your new rate takes effect at the next billing cycle.
We don't offer a free trial, but our Starter plan at £49/month lets you test the platform with a real competition before committing to a higher tier.
You'll need to upgrade to continue creating new competitions or adding team members. Existing competitions will continue running normally.
We offer a 14-day refund policy for new subscriptions. Contact support within 14 days of your first payment if you're not satisfied.
