Crezt provides a platform for brands and agencies to manage TikTok creator competitions, track performance metrics, and distribute prizes. The Service integrates with TikTok's API to collect performance data and display leaderboards.
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
Brand Accounts: For businesses that own TikTok Shops and wish to run creator competitions.
Agency Accounts: For organizations managing multiple brands and their competitions.
Creator Accounts: For TikTok creators who participate in competitions. These accounts authenticate via TikTok OAuth.
By connecting your TikTok account or TikTok Shop, you authorize us to access and collect performance data as permitted by TikTok's API. We will only access data necessary to provide the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall Crezt be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service.
